Shipping in the United States
We offer free shipping within the United States. We use USPS as our carrier and typical delivery time is 3-5 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, we offer Priority Mail shipping for $9.99. This will guarantee delivery within 2-3 business days. Please note that this does not include processing time, which is currently 1-2 weeks.
Also, we are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred during the shipping process.
Please Note
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen due to incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, and each set being personally handcrafted for you, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Therefore, we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before making a final decision. We also recommend checking our size chart and other product details beforehand to ensure that you are buying the right fit for your nails.
We do understand that certain issues may arise with your purchase, such as wrong sizing or receiving a damaged product. In the case of receiving a damaged product, please contact us immediately so the incident can be evaluated.
To ensure the safety and health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any products that have been opened, used or removed from their original packaging.
